پیشگفتار :

خداوند را شکرگزارم که توفیق تدوین این مجموعه را در پایان دورة کارشناسی برایم فراهم نمود .

از آنجایی که بحث کیفیت در ‏فرآیند تولید همواره برایم جالب بوده است بر آن شدم تا موضوع پایان نامه ام را در این راستا انتخاب کنم و در اینجا از تمامی دوستان و بزرگوارانی که مرا در این امر یاری نمودند کمال تشکر و قدردانی را دارم .

ابتدا مطلب را با بررسی تاریخچة شرکت سایپا آغاز خواهیم کرد و سپس به روشها، ابزار و نظریه های موجود در رابطه با کیفیت فرآیند خواهیم پرداخت . بعد از آن می بینیم که فرآیند تولید خودرو پراید صبا به چه صورت انجام می شود و در دنباله به چگونگی تعیین کیفیت قابل قبول این خودرو می پردازیم . در پایان برای روشنتر شدن مراحل تعیین کیفیت در سایپا قطعه سپر را مورد بررسی قرار خواهیم داد .

What You’ll Learn
In the first 10 lessons, you’ll cover the basics: saying hello, asking for or giving information, scheduling a meal or a meeting, asking for or giving basic directions, and much more. روشهای کنترل:

منابع مختلف تعداد علف‌های هرز مزراع گندم ایران را بیش 200 گونه ذکر کرده اند. ولی آنچه مسلم است همه این گونه ها علف‌های هرز مهم و بسیار خسارت‌زا نیستند. بسیاری از این علف‌های‌هرز اتفاقی بوده و اهمیت زیادی ندارند. جدول 1 تعدادی از علف‌های هرز مهم پهن‌برگ و باریک‌برگ موجود در مزارع گندم کشور و جدول 2 نیز فهرست نام فارسی و نام علمی آنها را به تفکیک مناطق اقلیمی نشان می دهند. علف‌های هرزی مانند خاکشیر، خردل وحشی، شلمی، یولاف وحشی، پیچک و غیره در اغلب اسـتـانهای ایران یافـت می شوند. هـمان طور که در جدول 1 ملاحـظه می شود از بـیـن پهن‌برگـهـا، خردل‌وحـشـی( شکل 1) و از بین باریک‌برگها نیز یولاف‌وحشی( شکل2) در همه 4 اقلیم مشترک است. برخی از علف‌های هرز نیز به دلیل تحمل در برابر روشهای کنترل، جزء علف‌های هرز مسئله ساز محسوب می شوند. از جمله این علف‌های هرز می توان به خارشتر در یزد و خراسان، شیرین بیان در غرب، تلخه در قزوین، جو دره در فارس، علف شور در قم ، میاگروم در اصفهان، سیلن وجغجغک در استان مرکزی، پیچک در همدان، گلایول در دیمکاریهای اطراف اردبیل، ارشته خطایی در اطراف خوی و اخیراً در اطراف تهران، پنیرک در مناطق گرمسیری مانند خوزستان و بروموس در بلوچستان اشاره نمود.

به طور کلی پویایی جمعیت علف‌های هرز باعث شده است که همواره یکی از علف‌های‌هرز در مزارع گندم به عنوان علف‌هرز غالب بروز پیدا کنند. علی رغم آنکه در یک مقطع زمانی تلاشهای زیادی صرف کنترل علف‌های‌هرز غالب یک منطقه می شود و آن علف‌هرز از بین می‌رود، ولی پس از مدت کوتاهی علف‌های‌هرز دیگر میدان را خالی از رقیب دیده و به عنوان علف‌هرز غالب مطرح می شود. به همین دلیل همواره با علف‌های هرزی مواجه خواهیم شد که روش کنترل آنها ناشناخته است.

  در ایران تعدادی از علف‌های هرز وجود دارند که به دلایلی از جمله کم اهمیت بودن طی سالهای گذشته، بی توجهی نسبت به افزایش جمعیت آنها و عدم تحقیق برای یافتن روشی مؤثر برای کنترل آنها، هنوز راه حل مناسبی برای کنترل آنها یافت نشده است و در آینده باید به طور جدی مورد توجه قرار گیرند. این علف‌های هرز عبارتند از: شیرین بیان (Glycrhiza glabra)، چاودار (Secale cereale)، جو دره (Hordeum spontaneum)، جو خودرو Hordeum vulgar))، تلخه (Acroptilon repense)، علف شور (Salsola kali)، صابونک (Silen conoidea)، کمندی‌(‌Mayagrum perfoliatum)، جغجغک(Vacaria pyramidata)، بابونه( Anthemis altissima ) و

تلخ‌بیان‌‌(Sophora alopecuroides).
