In the next 10 lessons, you’ll build on what you’ve learned. Expand your menu, increase your scheduling abilities from general to specific, start to deal with currency and exchanging money, refine your conversations and add over a hundred new vocabulary items. You’ll understand more of what you hear, and be able to participate with speech that is smoother and more confident.
In the final 10 lessons, you’ll be speaking and understanding at an intermediate level. In this phase, more directions are given in the target language, which moves your learning to a whole new plane. Lessons include shopping, visiting friends, going to a restaurant, plans for the evening, car trips, and talking about family. You’ll be able to speak comfortably about things that happened in the past and make plans for the future.
Reading Lessons begin in Lesson 10 to provide you with an introduction to reading German. In addition, the combined Reading Lessons are included after Lesson 30. These Reading Lessons, which total about one hour, are designed to teach you to sound out words with correct pronunciation and accent.

در سال 1990،کشورهای در حال توسعه ی آسیا (به جز ژاپن) 21 درصد در آمد دنیا را تولید کردند.بنا به برآورد یک پروژه تحقیقاتی این سهم در سال 2025 به 39 درصد و در سال 2050 که درآمد دنیا پنج برابر در آمد کشورهای عضو سازمان توسعه همکاریهای اقتصادی(OECD) خواهد بود، به 60 درصد می رسد.چین که هم اکنون با تولید 10 درصد درآمد جهان ،دومین قدرت اقتصادی بزرگ دنیاست ، در سال 2025 از آمریکا پیشی گرفته ،با کسب 20 درصد در آمد جهان ، بزرگترین قدرت اقتصادی دنیا خواهد شد.هند نیز با 7 درصد رتبه سوم دنیا را از آن خود خواهد کرد .در سال 2050،چین و هند بزرگترین قدرت های اقتصادی دنیا شده و 40 درصد درآمد جهان را تولید خواهند کرد (1).البته این ارقام تخمینی هستند و متضمن آن نیستند که حتما درآمد سرانه در ملل غالب بیشتر باشد ؛نابرابری و نزول شرایط زیست محیطی و تخریب اقتصاد های معیشتی بیشتر خواهد شد،از این رو خیلی از مردم در شرایط بدتری زندگی خواهند کرد .این تخمین ها بیانگر آن است که اقتصاد دنیا شدیدا در حال تغییر جهت به سمت این منطقه است.آیا بخش های تعاونی خود را حفظ خواهند کرد؟آیا از اقتصادهای روستایی در برابر آسیب های زیست محیطی حفاظت و از مهاجرت جوانان به شهرها جلوگیری خواهد شد؟آیا بخش تعاونی قادر خواهد بود ،با وجود بازارهای مالی ،فن آوری جدید و رشد بخش های خدماتی ، در اقتصاد جهانی رقابت کند؟آیا خواهند توانست به بهداشت و رفاه شهر نشیان کمک کند؟
برای پاسخ به این سؤالات ،نخست باید بدانیم وضعیت کنونی چگونه است،بخش های تعاونی چقدر قدرت دارند، و آیا رشد می کنند یا کوچک می شوند ؟ پاسخ به این سؤالات دشوار است ،چون این منطقه ،منطقه ای بسیار متنوع است.تعاونی ها در کشورهای توسعه یافته ای همانند ژاپن ،استرالیا ،نیوزلند و اسرائیل شباهت زیادی به تعاونی های اروپایی دارند، خصوصا تعاونی های مصرف ژاپن ،که می توانند در زمینه چگونگی ترکیب کارایی تجاری و ارتباط با اعضا ، مطالب زیادی به تعاونی های اروپایی بیاموزند.تعاونی ها در کشورهای کم توسعه یافته ای همچون هند ،بنگلادش ،سریلانکا و اندونزی ،به خاطر میراث استعمار و دخالت دولت ، شباهت زیادی به کشورهای آفریقایی دارند.کشورهای در حال گذار ،مثل خلق چین ،سنگاپور و مالزی ،بیشتر آمیزه ای از آن دو هستند ،و آنقدر گام های تغییر در اقتصاد ببرآسای آسیایی سریع است که واژه های“کم توسعه یافته ” و “سنتی ”ممکن است به همان اندازه که روشنگرند، ابهام بر انگیز نیز باشند.بعد از آن به چین می رسیم که به خاطر بر سر قدرت ماندن دولت کمونیستی و آغاز اجرای اصلاحات اقتصادی ای که تعاونی ها در آن نقشی کلیدی دارند،مقایسه ای را با روسیه ،احتمالا به جز روسیه ی دوران کوتاه اصلاحات اقتصادی ـ اجتماعی گورباچف، طلب می کند.بخش های تعاونی در آسیا و حاشیه اقیانوسیه دارای یک خصیصه مشترکند،انتظار زیاد از آنها به عنوان عاملین توسعه اقتصادی :"دولتها که از نظر شرایط اجتماعی ـ اقتصادی و سطح توسعه ای که اخیرا به آن رسیده اند با هم فرق می کنند،از تعاونی ها انتظار دارند که به طور قابل ملاحظه ای به فرایندتوسعه اقتصادی ـ اجتماعی کمک کنند ".
